JinkoSolar has announced that S&P Global’s latest Corporate Sustainability Assessment (‘CSA’) rankings place the company in the leadership position in the mainstream photovoltaic industry, based on its excellent environmental, social and governance (“ESG”) performance.
The CSA measures a company’s economic, social and environmental sustainability from an ESG investment perspective, and is a highly recognized and authoritative reference for ESG investment in capital markets, reflecting the attractiveness of a company’s sustainability efforts to investors.
As the world’s first solar company to join the RE100 initiative, JinkoSolar has achieved 100% green power usage in three of its plants this year.
VP Dany Qian expressed pride in achieving this latest ranking, which serves as validation of the company’s continued commitment to social responsibility and sustainability.
